1Do you offer Free delivery?

We offer a free, palletised/kerb side delivery service, which is available throughout the UK mainland. So no matter where you are, as long as you fall within our postcode matrix, we’ll ensure your Panoramic Fire arrives safely.

2My fire heater cuts out intermittently?

Please check the thermostat settings on your fire. If the temperature is set low the heater will cut out when the desired temperature is reached.

3My remote control does not work?

The remote control receiver sensor is placed behind the back flame panel at the center of the fire so be sure to point the controller at the middle of the front glass panel.
