Delivery & Installation Policy

Pre-Built Media Walls Limited do not offer standard shipping.

We offer free delivery and 2 man Installation of all products. Product installation includes:

• Apply coverings to the room’s floor and any access to it.
• Carefully install the furniture of your media wall and secure it to your wall.
• Set up your fire including the arrangement of the fuel bed.
• Install a double arm cantilever TV bracket and fit your TV into position.
• Position your soundbar if applicable and connect all your required services.
• Test the fire and TV are working correctly before giving a short demo and operation of the fire.
• Clean down and trim the media wall with the required coloured caulk.
