Online Order Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your online order within 30 days of making payment without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an online order is 30 days from the date on which payment was made.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day payment was made. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the online order and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Online Returns
In order for products to be eligible for a return, please ensure:
Any product was purchased in the last 30 days.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
Any customised products made to specifications or clearly personalized. This includes any product customised via selectable options, made to order and bespoke items.
Any product that has been accepted upon arrival installed by Pre-Built Media Walls Limited.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Damaged or Missing Goods
All products will be inspected on the delivery and installation date. Any defect will be noted and a replacement will be delivered and installed free of charge.
We advise that you check all products while the driver/fitter is present.
Photographic evidence is required for assessment for all damages or faulty products.
